The Zambales Provincial Government has officially gone live with SugarTech’s Real Property Tax Administration and Collection System (RPTACS), marking another milestone in its pursuit of efficient and technology-driven governance.
In preparation for the system’s go-live, SugarTech worked closely with the Provincial Assessor’s Office and the Provincial Treasury Office to conduct comprehensive system training and user testing sessions. These activities, held prior to the official launch from November 20 to 28, 2025, ensured that personnel were fully equipped to operate the new platform efficiently. The sessions included RPTA training and testing with the Assessor Team, as well as RPTC training and user testing with the Provincial Treasurer Team.
Through these collaborative efforts, the Zambales Provincial Government successfully implemented the RPTACS, a system designed to streamline Real property assessment and tax collection. The solution ensures greater accuracy, transparency, and ease of operation for both government personnel and citizens.
